Adaptive gymnastics is a dynamic and inclusive physical activity program designed specifically for children with varying abilities. It provides an opportunity for young children to explore movement, improve coordination, and develop social and motor skills in a supportive, fun, and tailored environment. This specialized program incorporates modified gymnastics exercises that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring that all children, regardless of their physical or cognitive abilities, can participate and thrive. Instructors are specially trained to support children with a range of abilities, including those with physical disabilities, sensory processing disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other developmental differences. The goal is to create an inclusive environment where every child can participate to the best of their abilities.
