Strength, Agility & Conditioning
Unleash your inner athlete with Kingswood Gymnastics' FLIPFIT Adult Gymnastics Fitness Class, a dynamic blend of gymnastics conditioning and functional fitness designed to build strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance. This class combines elements of traditional gymnastics physical preparation - such as core stabilization, bodyweight strength training, and mobility work - with high-energy gym-style circuits for a full-body workout that challenges all fitness levels.
Expect a mix of:
- Gymnastics-inspired strength training (rings, parallel bars, floor drills)
- Core and mobility work to enhance flexibility and injury prevention
- Plyometrics & agility drills for power and control
- High-intensity circuits using weights, resistance bands, and cardio bursts
Whether you're a former gymnast, a fitness enthusiast, or just looking for a fun and effective way to train, this class will help you move better, get stronger, and feel more athletic - no experience required!
