Whether you are looking to learn new skillls, refine existing ones, get a challenging workout in, or just meet new friends, our Adult Open Gymnastics allows access to our facility and trained coaches for anyone 15 years old and older. PLEASE NOTE trampolines are not available during Adult Open Gym times. Under 18 years requires parental permission.
