Cancellation Policy

Please read the following to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policies.

• Payment for your round can be made at the time of booking or in person prior to your round
• The bookers credit card number is required for all advance bookings and will will be the card on file in the case of late cancellations or "No Shows"
• "No Shows" rounds are subject to a "No Show fee" equal to 100% of the booked green fee rate
• Same day cancellations within 2 hours of the booked time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked green fee rate

Public Player Cancellation Policy:

We understand sometimes things come up and get in the way of a good day on the golf course!  If it should happen:

We ask for 2 hour notice for any member of your party who is unable to attend to ensure you are not charged for the round.  If you are unable to contact the pro shop outside of the 2 hour window please send a cancellation request to ccorman@kingswoodpark.ca.

Same Day Cancellation Policy:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to amend your booked tee time. If you are looking to cancel or amend your time within 2 hours of your booked time you will be subject to a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked green fee rate if notice is not given prior to 2 hours of your booked time.

"No Show" Policy:

"No Shows" are groups or individuals that have not cancelled, or amended booked numbers, prior to arrival at the club. "No Shows" rounds are subject to a "No Show fee" equal to 100% of the booked green fee rate.

Member Cancellation Policy:

2-hour notice is requested if you are cancelling a tee time. Instances where the booking needs to be amended, we ask that the Member who made the booking amend the reservation prior to arriving at the club.  Members who do not follow the booking policies will be subject to the following:

• Verbal warning
• Written warning
• Suspension of booking privileges
